Individuals must complete an intake assessment and are deemed eligible or ineligible once the assessment is complete. Should an individual(s) be eligiblefor income assistance they are required to proved the following: valid photo identification, valid bank statements or current year of notice of assessment and a residency letter from the on-reserve home owner. Applicant(s) with children will also be asked to proved the current years school registration form for each child. Once all required documentation is provided an intake appointment will be made.
